Refund policy

At LEO GARNETTE,  we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Your package must be postmarked within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

To initiate, click here. But first, please see the below policy. Damaged items or orders where the wrong item was mistakenly sent, please DO NOT use the portal to submit your return request. Instructions are below.

IMPORTANT: All returns require authorization. Any returns received without approval from the return portal above will neither be accepted nor re-shipped to sender. Upon submitting a request for return, you will receive approval within 48 hours. 

Mailed Returns: Return items must be postmarked no later than 7 calendar days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit. For example, if received February 1st, it must be postmarked by February 8th. We recommend not waiting until the 7th day to begin this process. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We encourage you to track your package until it's delivered back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS RECEIVED

All returned items are inspected before a store credit can be processed, so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.

Eligible items for return must be sent back in original plastic packaging in order to be considered for store credit. Items sent back without appropriate packaging will be subject to a 30% restocking fee deducted from your store credit total.

We will confirm once your items have been received in our warehouse. From there, please allow 5-7 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email.

DAMAGED ITEMS/WRONG ITEM SENT

If you would like to exchange an item due to being damaged/defective OR due to the wrong item being shipped to you, please contact customer service at orders@leogarnette.com for authorization within 7 days after the package is received. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 2-3 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage.

If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • STUDIO items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are specified in their product description and grouped together in a collection.
  • Preorders are FINAL SALE
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE
  • Accessories are FINAL SALE
  • Bodysuits/intimates are FINAL SALE
  • SAMPLE SALE, BLACK FRIDAY SALE, FLASH SALES, FINAL SALE, CYBER MONDAY AND END OF THE YEAR SALE ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED. 

DEADLINES 

Please ensure you report any issues within the respective deadlines:

  • Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Missing Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
