SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout. 

AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS

We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout. We do not manually input addresses; shipping addresses are exported from one third-party database (Shopify) to another(shipping partner), and we are therefore not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. 

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. 

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

DELIVERY POLICY

When placing an order with LEO GARNETTE please provide a delivery address where delivery can occur safely and securely without risk of loss, damage, or theft. Once merchandise is delivered, you or someone you should trust should be able to retrieve it promptly. LEO GARNETTE is not responsible for damage, loss or theft that occurs once the package has left our facility or after the carrier reports delivery to the address provided during checkout. We reserve the right to suspend delivery to any address or customer that LEO GARNETTE determines to present a risk of loss, damage, theft, fraud, or abuse.

U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

LEO GARNETTE offers free ground shipping on all orders of $250.00 or more. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your package.

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping addresses and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package could be held by the carrier at the local pickup location. if the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to sender at the customer's expense. 

The cost of shipping wil be deducted from the total of the store credit amount. 

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. PLEASE SUBMIT A CLAIM VIA THE COURIER used to ship your order.
